Because of the nature of our work, it may be necessary to complete criminal disclosure and barring services checks on volunteers. These will be kept in complete confidence. A criminal record will not necessarily exclude applicants from volunteering. The Jesus Centres Trust policy on ex-offenders is available on request.
I understand that my volunteering may be subject to a disclosure.
I am happy for the information I give to be put on my personal record on computer and used for statistical purposes. I understand it will be treated with confidentiality
Please bring to your interview a written detail of any criminal convictions spent or unspent plus any other relevant information on police investigations etc. Give this in a sealed envelope to the interviewers.
